About the Role

MJ Digital is looking for an energetic and creative Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. You’ll be responsible for executing campaigns, managing social media, and developing content that strengthens our brand presence. This role blends creativity with strategy to drive measurable growth across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Coordinate with designers and content creators to deliver engaging posts and ads.
• Conduct keyword research and support SEO optimization for website and blogs.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare marketing reports, and suggest improvements.
• Assist in event promotions, product launches, and partnership collaborations.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing or digital media roles.
• Proficiency in social media tools, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and website analytics (Google Analytics).
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B or tech-based marketing.
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or video editing tools.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Mailchimp.
• Understanding of influencer or affiliate marketing.
